We're extremely aware of the responsibility we have as owners and managers of student accommodation. For some of our residents renting from us is their first experience of living away from home. This means they (and their friends and family) will rely on the managers of their student accommodation to answer their questions respectfully, sort out problems quickly and be a friendly, trustworthy point of contact.

If you have any questions about the service we provide then we encourage you to speak to our residence managers or arrange a visit to look around our rooms. We take any concerns you have very seriously.
